The Aga Khan Education Board for Canada reserves the right to change the terms governing any I-STAR Award so that it may better meet any new conditions or may more fully carry out the intentions of the I-STAR Program. The rights so reserved shall be exercised at the absolute discretion of the Aga Khan Education Board for Canada and no remedy shall be available to any person for any consequences or damages suffered as result of any changes made to the terms of the I-STAR Awards or the I-STAR Program.
Le Comité national de l'éducation Aga Khan se réserve le droit de modifier les conditions gouvernant tout Prix I-STAR dans le but de mieux répondre aux nouvelles conditions ou pour mieux addresser les intentions du Programme I-STAR. Les droits ainsi garantis seront exercés à la discrétion absolue du Comité national de l'éducation Aga Khan et aucun recours ne sera disponible aux personnes pour toute conséquence ou dommage encouru résultant de toute modification effectuée aux conditions des Prix I-STAR ou du Programme I-STAR.
